The Vegan Club CLE Brings Vegan Dining To Shaker Square

Photo Credit: Victoria Davis  It’s not too often that you get to taste vegan food that lights up your soul. Finding a place to go that’s accessible, warm and has great service is not always easy. I’m here to tell you, that my experience at The Vegan Club Cleveland made me want to return.  As a person who lives a healthy lifestyle, I am often looking for the opportunity to dine-in or carry out at restaurants where the prices are reasonable and I can follow Covid-19 safety precautions with ease.  When I first walked inside The Vegan Club, I felt nostalgic thinking about Yours Truly, the restaurant that previously occupied the space. As I settled in, I could not help but appreciate this breath of fresh air, from the new colors to the new wall art, I just felt like I could get used to it.  As I took a look out the window, one of my favorite features of this space, I envisioned Shaker Square being redefined and I saw this restaurant as a good start to doing that. Imagine a business district

Small Business Grants for Research and Development

Have you ever heard of the  Small Business Innovation Research  (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer Programs (STTR)?  SBIR and STTR programs are competitive programs that encourage domestic small businesses to engage in research and development (R&D) and federal research. If you are an innovative entrepreneur with great ideas for innovative research and technology, please consider participating.  Each year, federal agencies that have R&D budgets that exceed $100 million are required to allocate a percentage of their budget to SBIR. Small businesses get to explore their technological abilities with the incentive for profit through commercialization. Commercialization is the process of managing something for financial gain. The mission of SBIR and STTR programs is to support scientific research and technological innovation to build a strong national economy.  Eligibility Only U.S. small businesses are eligible. Check out the eligibility guide here:  https://www.sbir.gov/
